▸ The original product leaned on corporate patterns, muted colors, and adult information density, so teens were quietly checking out. It had been built for the parent paying rather than the kid actually using it.
▸ A premium roaster stuck on a generic Shopify theme. The product pages showed a photo and a price with no story, and nothing about the store gave a first-time visitor a reason to come back.
